I prefer to eat organic, vegetarian and gluten free food. I do not avoid completely animal products for one reason, I think it creates more anxiety than well-being to forbid yourself to eat something that your body wants. 

I noticed that my body feels good by eating a lot of wholefood, real ingridients as vegetables, fruit, nuts, seeds and food is as close to its natural state as posible.

Everything that we are made of, except oxigen comes from what we eat and drink. All the chemical signals in our bodies, hormons, enzyms and cells got their buildingblocks from what we eat and those buildingblocks call nutrients. So, what I want to do is fill my body with the best fuel to stay strong and healthy.
