Did you know that spirulina is a great source of protein, destroys potential bacterias and viruses in your body, is antiinflammatory, helps your body detoxing by lowering the toxcity of your kidneys and boosts your immune system?

Yes, spirulina is one of the superfoods I love to add in my food!

For two bowls

One cantaloupe melon (scoop out the flesh and save the "melon bowls")

1/4 papaya (medium size)

2 bananas

1/2 cup coconut milk

1 tbsp spirulina powder

Mix everything in a blender on highspeed until it's smooth but thicker than a smoothie

Pour into the empty melons and top it with this wonderful raw cinnamon granola and fresh papaya

1/2 cup soaked buckwheat

1/4 cup soaked almonds

1/4 cup soaked natural cashewnuts

raisins

shredded coconut

cinnamon powder

This is a delight for both the eyes and the taste buds... mmm!
