RAW VEGAN CHOCOLATE CHIA PUDDING

Just wanna share one of my favorite breakfasts with you that I had yesterday (in a place called Orion Healing center in Sri Thanu) I had it for lunch but I will definitely go and have this one for brekkie some day! Raw chocolate chia pudding with fresh fruit and dates on top!
For one jar/person (my version)
1/4 cup (0,6 dl) Chia seeds
1 cup (2,3 dl) Almond milk (or your favorite milk)
1 tbsp Yacon syrup (or any other sweetening like raw honey, coconut sugar or agave syrup)
2 tsp raw cacao powder
A pinch of natural vanilla powder and seasalt
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl, pour it into a jar or whatever you prefer to eat from. After about two hours, stir the pudding so there are no lumps.
Store in the fridge overnight and the pudding will be ready to eat the next day.
You can also keep it in the fridge up to 3 days!
Top with your favorite fruit, this one has bananas, papaya and dates!
