On my way to Thailand with a stopover in a super rainy, cold Stockholm. The best of today was this perfect plate of a vegan bibimbap (just learned what that is) a korean plate of rice, kimchi, tofu, veggies, avocado, cucumber, hot chilsauce and just soo soo good!
