Beeing healthy doesn't mean you have to go all in for rawfood, vegan or avoid everything which contains sugar, gluten and animalproducts. Just try to add some greens or change small things on your daily plate. I think it's all about finding a way to eat which works for you, a balance and don't stuck in the all or nothing thinking.
If you always forbid yourself to eat certain things and live with restictions, in the end your body (read brain) will crave it so much that you probably ending up eating it to feel satisfied. Use the food inspiration to complement your normal food and train up your brain craving healthy.
